A Continuation - Mitt Romney in 2012
October 30th, 2008 by eric
I have really been wanting to get back to this site. It’s such a critical time. When Mitt Romney dropped out of the race it was such a letdown for me as I’m sure it was to millions of his supporters. HOWEVER, in the next four years, the country will be yearning for a man with the qualifications and ability of Mitt Romney to come into the White House and clean up the mess and get this country back on track. That’s why I make this announcement that this site will stay in place until 2012 and I will continue to post my political commentary and observations. You know, even if John McCain wins, there are going to be problems that I’m not confident that he can solve. I have more confidence in Sarah Palin. There’s going to be a big mess, particularly if Barack Obama wins. I mean it’s already upon us and getting worse. Just look at my post that’s either at the bottom of this page or on the following page dated January, 18, 2008 “Mitt Romney Will Gain by Focusing on the Economy”. I mean -I was spot on in my predictions and stated perfectly the economic situation. As I read that, it’s frightening how accurate I was. But this, the economy, is not the only huge problem. There are others that are looming, entitlements for example -social security and medicaid are going to reach crisis status, the problem with Iran that will not go away, and smaller problems that are going to be exacerbated.
I’m afraid that if Barack Obama wins, irreparable damage to this nation will occur. Sure, we have the system of “checks and balances”, but in that condition that we will be in, with a Marxist in the White House, a Democratic Majority in the legislative, and a corrupt judicial system that will be altered and polluted by the influence of Obama and others, we will have that situation where a country can be dramatically changed. This is the change that Obama speaks of. Michelle Obama said, paraphrasing here, “Barack will force you to change. He will never allow you to go back.” Show me where Socialism has ever succeeded in any country in the history of the world. Yet, that is where our elected leaders are taking us. Most countries never come out of it. The latest example is Venezuela. The leader of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez has shown Obama and his team “the formula of success” that Obama will follow if he is elected. Socialism sprouts from and thrives in chaos and enmity between the classes and races. Here are a few key actions by Chavez. He seized all oil assets and profits in the country. He sent the army into Venevision, the largest TV network in Venezuela, they stormed the newsroom, seizing control, and threatening anyone who would be critical of his words or actions. (Imagine the US military being sent into Fox News seizing control and Obama controlled government monitors set in place to check that there was never again any word critical of the Obama power structure that went out over the air.) Next, Chavez pushed his cronies into position in every place of power. They re-wrote the Venezuelan constitution. Chavez continues to exert pressure on the Venezuelan judicial system to change laws in his country to give him absolute power and extend his term. Yes, these drastic changes are made through a corrupt judicial. Venezuela has been forever altered. Millions of the Venezuelan people hate it. They are deeply saddened. Here they are, one of the richest countries of the world in terms of oil and natural resources. Yet,they have problems like the Cubans. They can’t buy eggs and meat at times due to government price controls. Now they are having problems with their power grid and just to keep electricity on. Can you imagine, no electricity to your home? Chavez has continued class warfare and those that were in poverty were nudged, and given the encouragement to steal goods, property, and real estate from the wealthy. I know many Venezuelans that tell me that they have been robbed two or three times per year. Do you know how uncomfortable life can be when the poor are encouraged to overcome their plight and rise up by robbing you when you walk out of your house? The country of Venezuela, like Cuba, may never ever recover from what has been done in a few short years. They say it can’t happen here. Yes, it can. And our country, like Venezuela, may NEVER recover from an Obama presidency. That, my friends, if ours is to be a country like Cuba or Venezuela, that is a country that I do not want to live in. I will fight to see that this country that I love is not destroyed in this manner.

see you in 2012 then!
That’s what this guy said
